Frequently asked questions

How is traffic billed?
You purchase GB upfront. The credit is added to your account balance as soon as your payment is confirmed. Unused traffic does not expire.
What protocols are supported?
HTTP(S) on port 823 and SOCKS5 on port 824. These ports give a new IP for each connection. Ports 10000 to 20000 keep the same IP for a while (sticky sessions).
Do you have country targeting?
Yes. Add __cr. and a country code after your username, for example USERNAME__cr.us. Separate several countries with commas: USERNAME__cr.us,ca.
What is the refund policy?
Unused traffic may be refunded within 7 days of the order. Used traffic is non-refundable. See the refund policy for details. Refund policy
