By using Relaypass you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service

Relaypass provides proxy traffic resale services. You purchase GB of traffic and receive proxy credentials to use that traffic.

2. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the service for illegal purposes, spamming, or abusing third-party services.

3. Payment

All prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of order. Traffic is delivered after payment is confirmed.

5. Limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RELAYPASS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms.
